Hello everybody. My name is Sándor Csicsmán and I am a professional tour guide in Hungary.
I was born in Győr, one of the most beautiful cities in Hungary. I have university degrees in History, Literature and Languages. I worked as a secondary-school teacher for several years. Nowadays, I have private students, I teach them in my home. I love teaching.
Besides teaching I have been working as a licensed private guide for many years. I work both with my own guests and for Hungarian travel agencies taking groups all over the world. I have worked in more than 60 countries several times. I accept tourist groups and individual guests. I can surely arrange you unforgettable tours in all fields of cultural life during your stay.
As I am a teacher of History and Literature as well, I can give you a widespread insight into the Hungarian culture.I can devise a specific tour of your own itinerary based on your requirements - if you want to explore a specific area.
I take groups, private guests all over the country and in Budapest and escort groups out‐bound (Europe, Asia, Africa).
Most of my groups are private tours of all kinds: couples, families with kids and teens, friends traveling together, companies meeting in Budapest who need a break between their congress activities. And I’m also used to working for larger groups: tours organized by travel agencies, student groups…
I want to make your visit as valuable and treasured as possible.
From the moment I pick you up at your accommodation we can fine‐tune the tour to suit your requirements. We travel at a place that suits you, staying for as long as you require at any location or attraction. As I am totally independent I can spend as many days as you need with you. By car is far the best way to see Hungary.
Besides Budapest I can take you to the scenic countryside, to the beautiful Hungarian towns and villages. We can make wine tours, night trips, hiking tours as well. My goal is to make sure your visit is a safe, productive and an enjoyable one. I really want you to get the best out your time in Hungary. I also offer suggested tour routes to make the most of your time. I love my job, it is my hobby, I love people and I do my best to make others happy.

Me gusta mucho enseñar. Además de enseńar he estado trabajando como un guía exclusivo autorizado por largos años. Trabajo ambos con mis propios turistas y para húngaras agencias de viajes tomando grupos en el mundo entero. He trabajado en más que 60 países varias veces.
Yo amo mi trabajo. Como yo también soy profesor de Historia y Literatura, yo puedo darte una visión extendida en la cultura de Hungría.

Hello. Mein Name ist Sándor Csicsmán. Ich bin ein professioneller geprüfter Fremdenführer mit offizieller Genehmigung in Ungarn. Außer Ungarisch spreche ich Deutsch, English und Spanisch. Ich führe nicht nur im Inland, sondern auch im Ausland Touren.
Ich wurde in Győr, einer der schönsten Städte in Ungarn, geboren. Ich studierte Geschichte, Literatur und Sprachen an der Universität in Pécs and dann in Debrecen. Nach meinen Studien arbeitete ich als Lehrer in Gymnasien. Gegenwärtig arbeite ich als Privatlehrer, ich habe Privatstudenten, ich unterrichte sie in meinem Haus. Im Tourismus bin ich auch schon lange Zeit beschäftigt. Ich mache Ein- und Ausreisen (incoming, outgoing tours), Rundfahrten, Kreuzfahrten im ganzen Lande sowie im Auslande. Ich habe schon mehr als 60 Ländern gearbeitet.
Ich stehe gern zur Verfügung für Gruppen, individuell Reisenden und Reisebüros.
Ich bin sehr glücklich, denn mein Hobby ist mein Beruf.
Ich zeige den Touristen gerne mein Land, meine Hauptstadt, organisiere ihr Programm nach ihrem Wunsch. Ich führe sie gern mit meinem eigenen Auto, Kleinbus, zu Fuß, oder mit ihrem Autobus durch das Land. Außer den besten und schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, zeige ich ihnen wie wir leben, wie wir ausspannen, wo und was wir essen, wo wir unsere Einkäufe erledigen – Sachen, die die Touristen von einem Reisebus nicht sehen können.
Wenn wir aufs Land fahren, können wir mein Auto nehmen. Wenn Sie eine größere, nette Gruppe von Familien, Freunden, oder Kollegen sind, kann Ich einen Minibus oder Bus mieten.
